Opportunities for Kindness
Graduation is an incredible milestone in any senior's life. Dublin Bridges would love to celebrate those seniors who are identified by their high schools' administrators and guidance counselors as needing some extra support. We know that in some cases, the graduation ceremony is the only celebration that they get, and we want to make sure that they feel celebrated at this incredibly important time in their lives. We want to provide them with a gift card and a special treat as a graduation gift from their community. If you would like to make a financial donation of $20.20 towards this endeavor, please click on I CAN HELP and a donation link will be sent to you.
Dublin Bridges is collaborating with the Dublin Arts Council to give the gift of creativity to students in need. School and community events have been canceled or postponed. Families are isolated. Kids are bored. Budgets are tight. But ART IS NOT CANCELED! Your $25 donation will provide a pack of supplies and creative ideas to students. These art packs will be distributed during one of the Dublin City Schools' grab n' go breakfast and lunch days. We are hoping to provide 500 art bags to students. If you would like to donate, please go to http://bit.ly/nbdublinbridges .

Car Seat Needed
Welcome Warehouse reached out to Dublin Bridges on behalf of a family that has a recent medical diagnosis and suffered a job loss due to COVID-19. They are having a hard time making ends meet and their baby has outgrown her car seat. They tried ODH Buckles Buckeyes for Car Seats but are unable to get one from them. Dublin Bridges would like to raise $150 to purchase a new car seat for their daughter. One that she will be able to use as she continues to grow. Please click on I CAN HELP to make a donation.
Family in need of car repairs
A counselor at one of our Dublin Elementary schools has contacted Dublin Bridges, Welcome Warehouse and Dublin Food Pantry on behalf of a family, with 3 young children, that is struggling with significant medical bills due to a recent medical diagnosis and is now struggling to pay for their basic needs. The family then suffered job loss due to the COVID-19 crisis. During this time, their car stopped working and is in need of repairs in order to be operational. The family requires the use of this vehicle to get to weekly hospital and doctors visits, as well as to begin searching for new employment. Dublin Bridges would like to pay the cost of the repairs in the amount of $371.63, so that this family has a working vehicle. If you are able to donate, please click on I CAN HELP and a link with donation instructions will be sent to your email.
Family in need of kitchen table with 4 chairs
Welcome Warehouse reached out to Dublin Bridges for some furniture for a single mother and her 3 children. One of the children has severe asthma and the doctor recommended she replace some of the furniture in her house. Welcome Warehouse is providing new beds for the family. They are looking for a kitchen table with 4 chairs. Due to her son's medical condition we ask that these pieces come from a nonsmoking, pet free home.

Low Income Older Adult Needs Car Assistance
Our partners at Syntero are working with a low income, older adult, who lives alone. She has a car that is not currently working. It appears that the car battery needs "jump started,” but she needs to have the problem diagnosed. Due to her fixed income, this older adult can't afford roadside service. AAA has a roadside service program, that she would like to use. The cost for the AAA membership is $118.00. Dublin Bridges is hoping to raise the funds to provide the AAA membership for this older adult, so that she can move forward with fixing her vehicle and have roadside assistance going forward. Please click on I CAN HELP and instructions on how to donate will be emailed to you.
