Mother in Need of Medical Device

The Dublin-Worthington Rotary has generously agreed to pay $1500 towards this device.  We still need $1000 to meet this need.

Welcome Warehouse and Dublin Bridges are working together to help a mother of an elementary student and a toddler who is in need of a medical device called a "WalkAide". This cost of this device is $3346. This mom suffered a stroke and has lost mobility on the right side of her body.  She is unable to work due to her stroke so she does not currently have the funds to pay for this. She has already been turned down by Medicare and her private insurance for this device. Her current one is not working properly and she needs to replace it.  She wears it on her right leg, right below her knee and it allows her to walk without stumbling and falling. Please click on I CAN HELP if you have access to one or can make a donation to help with the purchase of a new one.
