Help Needed to Avoid Disconnection

Our partners at the Dublin Food Pantry have reached out to us about a woman in need of assistance with her electric bill in order to avoid disconnection. She lost her job during Covid and then had to have surgery.  Because of this, she got behind on some of her bills.
