Moving Costs for Senior

Our partners at Syntero are currently assisting a client who recently moved to Dublin. This client was living in a friend's apartment that had an extra bedroom. She is a single older adult with a low income, relying solely on Social Security. Her plan was to settle down and find a job while living in the apartment, which had a one-year lease. Unfortunately, her friend informed her at short notice that he was terminating the lease at the end of the month. This left her with no choice but to find a new place to live, and she was able to find a subsidized apartment that was more affordable for her. However, the cost of hiring movers to move her belongings to the new apartment is approximately $800, which is more than she can afford. She can only make a small contribution towards this cost. The client would be extremely grateful for financial assistance to cover the moving costs so that she can start her life again in her new home.
